Yesterday I lowered the reserve price on my phone.. at least 12 hours before the end of the auction as per the rules (see screenshot). Bids have currently passed this reserve but the listing still says reserve not met. Any ideas why it says this?

It appears your amendment didn't register.

I don't see why it didn't, I pressed done / revise. Is this a fault with the app?
Can it still sell?

Adding other screenshot.. "revise with displayed fees" which I pressed..

It may be a glitch, but it won't sell unless someone bids more than the reserve the listing has recorded.

Is there a reason you set a reserve price instead of a starting bid? They both achieve the same goal i.e. they set a minimum price the listing will sell for. However, when you set a reserve price there is a fee of 4% of the reserve price that is charged whether the item sells or not. I can see you ended the listing which means you are still going to be charged the reserve price fee (£11.09 in your case).
