Authentication parcel lost in transit to the centre

Hi, 

I sold a pair of trainers through the authenticity program, eBay provided me a label. The issue is the tracking stopped when it arrived at the DPD distribution centre.

Do I have any protection as a seller? The label was provided by eBay and I would expect it is there issue if the parcel goes missing?

Do you have proof that the parcel arrived at the distribution centre?.

If so, I think you should be covered.

As per eBay:

"When you use an eBay delivery label as part of eBay delivery, tracking details are automatically sent to your buyer and your shipment is covered in the event it's damaged or lost in transit."

How long has the package been at the distribution centre?
