Hi,
I have been a memeber for a long time, never had a problm with buyers or sellers.I used to buy alot of items from ebay and I never received an original receipt with any item. Since I started selling on Ebay. My account was restricted and I cant take my funds out as they are asking me to provide receipts for vintage items that I purchased during my travels from charity shops and carboot sales!! Finally, they are asking me to provide them with a buyer’s driving license!! Is that legal?! Is it my job to provide them with a buyer’ID!!!

Oh my goodness.... @bactrian-king
I would redact the "name" and perhaps re-upload.
You cannot provide " buyers" personal details... ask eBay to clarify what they mean and reiterate that you cannot provide another persons private details.
Unless the "buyer" who the items were shipped to is actually the original purchaser before you sold the item on eBay , and you have provided details of this " name" in your " shipping receipt"... this is the only thing I can think of that eBay may ( rightly or wrongly) think that you know this person ( named ) and that they are the ones " trading"... Hope I am making sense here... If this is not the case, then certainly reiterate that you would not hold any personal information of a " buyer" other than their eBay account name, their name and postal address as per eBay regulations.
I think they ( eBay ) are wanting assurance that you are selling your own items ( you are a private account) and that these have been personally purchased and used by you... your account name doesn't help things either, and they perhaps believe that you are a business?
Edit to add - I would also if you can refrain from using A.I for your descriptions... it leaves you open to claims of item(s) not as described and buyers being a little confused... I see that this was something a buyer had difficulty with, leaving you a neutral feedback.

Obviously we are other members like you and can only see a snippet of the emails you have received from Ebay.
It seems to me that they have asked you to provide that you are the owner of the items you have been selling by providing evidence that you have bought these items.
It appears that you have provided them with a shipping receipt to prove your ownership and the name on the receipt is Angela Gill. If you have provided them with a shipping receipt to prove your ownership, they seem to think that is you, the owner/purchaser, not your buyer.
Have a look at the documents you have sent to them - which they state is 'incomplete' and 'illegible' - and see if the name Angela Gill does appear.
Ebay would have no need to ask you to provide a buyer's ID documents.

In addition to my above post... for @bactrian-king
Your about page also states

Your not proividing any information, I assume this is probably more likely a counterfeit report by the buyer.

I think it may be that they are perhaps a business and eBay are trying to determine...
At least now with their name change from used luxury goods and the removal of what was on their about page could be a start for them to sort out direct with eBay ?

I think you have misunderstood what eBay are asking you for. eBay want the shipping receipt for your original purchase of the item(s); not the receipt for the shipping you purchased.
Looking at the items you have sold it is highly likely one of the brands has contacted eBay via VeRO because they suspected you were selling counterfeit items. eBay is asking for your purchase/shipping receipts, your corresponding ID etc. to verify you purchased the items from an official outlet. Of course, if you purchased the items from charity shops and car boot sales you won't have the documents eBay is asking for. You also have no way of knowing if the items you purchased are/were genuine or not.
