What is bothering me is whether I'll be further charged by eBay another 10% of whatever tariff Kim Don-Trump has decreed for goods originating in different countries. I expect that, unfortunately, eBay will be compelled to charge us the 10% of the tariff because that is what they do.

I suspect ebay will continue with the policy that says business fees are charged on the whole amount the buyer pays.

Yes, exactly so the Trump tariffs are another profit opportunity for eBay.

Yes, ebay are charging commission on the tariff, PLUS the US sales tax PLUS VAT.
PLUS a flat fee.
PLUS an extra commission for foreign sales.
Fed up of paying a tax on a tax that has already been taxed.
*bleep* Turpin would doff his cap to ebay's bean counters.
I have just sold a T shirt to a US customer for £9.99, and received, after ebay took their slice, less than £6.
The only response I can think of is to factor in an extra 15% or so above the cost of postage and tariffs, but there will come a point when Stateside buyers will back out.
