Adding multiple purchase discount

How do I add a discount for multiple item purchase? Google says it’s easy, seller hub then promotions etc, but there is no option that I can see? Can it be done on your phone or is it pc only?

Private sellers cannot be holding and selling stocks of brand new items.

I spent over £100 and should have got this 15% discount which is a lot when you are a pensioner. The sale went through the discount didn't. I am sick of this happening. It happens to me all the time

What use is any of this to me when the sale has gone through without the discount

You would be better starting your own thread as this is for sellers offering discounts and yours appears to relate to a buyer discount.

Where did you see the 15% offer and was there a code to enter at checkout or was it maybe only for specific sellers?
