ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS AND EBAY INTEREST FILCHING?

you are ruining my life-I will never forget what a horrific year you have made this for me-I am not well and you have made this one of the worst years of my entire life AND EBAY COULDN'T CARE LESS.If you ever let me have any of my money (which I am starting to give up hope of ever getting back from you due to your placing trumped up restriction after trumped up restriction on my account ) please can I also have some of the 'no fee' offsetting interest that you are filching off me and probably many more by holding back all my money for month after month-so at least I can pay off some off the debt I have got into because of you. I AM SADDENDED AND DISAPPOINTED IN WHAT YOU HAVE BECOME EBAY-AND ALL FOR YOUR OWN RELENTLESS AND BEWILDERING GREED.
(and btw I know ebay message board trolls will prob jump all over me for this post but I just don't care anymore-I have had enough)

You have only been a member since november 2024, which is not long, what exactly has happened ? 

Are you talking about a payment hold or an ebay request for identity documents or a lifetime ban ?

Is it this account that has the restrictions or another one? I ask because this account was created in November and you say ebay has been witholding your money for months rather than the month this account has been active.

Just having a quick look at that account, and the sales made on it, and I can see two glaring reasons why your payments may be being withheld. I'm sure other posters will go into more detail.

You Registered this Account on 20th November 2024. So, funds from your sales will have been on hold for up to 28 days as explained in eBay's New or Infrequent Seller Guideline.

As your Sellers Rates are over 10, you should be able to request payment/s to your Bank Account etc. if your eBay Account is set up with Managed payments.

As long as ebay encourage it - people will take advantage of ebay's decision that trading on a private seller account is perfectly acceptable.

There must be a reason as ebay's stance of ignoring customer protection  policies  is turning ebay into the wild west !

For anyone here to try and help/explain maybe why Ebay are taking the action they are we need a lot more information.     Without it we cannot try and help.

Did eBay ask you to register your account properly as a business so you are trading legally?

Currently you are trading illegally on a private account, and eBay will need your sales data and NI number to submit to HMRC, who may be a little concerned to find you have "forgotten" to register correctly to trade on a business account...

There are obvious reasons why your account has been restricted

Opening a new account to evade restrictions on another account can get ALL your accounts suspended and funds help for 180 days or more

eBay will not un-suspend your account until you provide ALL the info they have requested
