2 Tier Ebay

I actualy put my 1st item up for sale and it got kicked .It had attained a lot of interest a Modd Green Original Xbox console. It Beat everything modded hands down for class and quality and build.

Yet it got kicked on basicaly copyright, Games old games.

On ebay it is full on Chipped modded custom consoles not just Original xbox's.

Ps1 ps2 ps3 you name it it so if mine was kicked why are all these other hundreds of  Copyright Infringment allowed not auto kicked, I spend 1000;s on ebay and cant sell 1 poxy xbox bundle .

Because yours got spotted. Nothing more than that.

That being said - any modded xbox or games console is highly liable to being removed given the terms and conditions you would have purchased the original xbox under.

And if you modded it - even if you could legally sell it - you shouldn't be doing so on a Private Seller account anyway. Though a business model of selling modded consoles seems doomed to, at some point, fail.

Well there wasnt nothing business about it  . as the console the lights the hdd the solder all was purchased Years ago from ebay I built it just for pleasure, I was selling my personal private kit mate simple as that.

I have been out of the scene for years and just thought i would make someone happy.

This has been undercover looked after for years bud. Your reading too much into it,.

As I stated why not have auto detect A.I is big now. Save the bother then would it not .

No idea, but regardless, selling a modded Xboxes would certainly be against Microsoft’s terms of service. Could well be Microsoft who reported the listing via the VERO scheme.

the fact that some are listed and some have been sold does not mean yours should have been allowed to be listed.

You cant denie it  was an amazing build, 

The only reason I thought I would sell , was because for YEARS i been interested in the scene ,

and as I stated there are soooooo many on ebay I simply thought it were time to pass it on.

There is no need for you to be like that  when responders are trying to explain to you how things work on the site.  Whether you like it or not there are a fair few rules regarding what you can and cannot list on Ebay.....not only their terms and conditions but also Vero (link to which is at the bottom of the page)

I have just read your feedback and feedback left for others and you do seem to have a fair few problems one way or another.     One word of advice......be careful how many cases you open to get refunds because Ebay can and eventually will if too many stop you from using the system to get refunds. 

Also never relist any items that Ebay have removed....because that can result in you being banned from selling on the site.

The above is just intended to be constructive advice.....even if its not what you want to hear

Thank you for you reply last mailer It was a mild but usefull reply.  Ebay is a contrary site.

Fair comment about listings but what about then all the other xbox playstation nintendos still up and i noticed by registered places.

As for feedback its honest and for refunds well that how crud the stuff faulty etc thats gets passed out by sellers. I wont back down on an honest feedback good or bad.

eBay doesn't allow modchips for consoles nor consoles that contain them. 

When it comes to eBay's policies they are enforced haphazardly; this isn't a place where you'll find any fairness in that regard. However, just because other sellers are violating an eBay policy with seeming impunity doesn't mean you should or will be able to as well.

I only put it up after weeks of checking the scene out  , and thought as said why not as Ebay is FLOODED with chipped , modded ,xecutor, aura ,xbmc consoles wheres the harm.

I dont need people regurgitating the reason for being kicked as that is rather bluntly obviouse from Ebays statemen.

He who is free from sin may cast the 1st stone , not too small  , not too big but just right.

In all honesty any money made would have been sunk back into this place.
