13 Days Waiting on Counterfeit Appeal

I’m beyond frustrated at this point. My AirPods Pro 2 listing got flagged as counterfeit on September 20th by I guess automated detection. The listing still shows as active on my profile but it’s hidden with a policy violation message saying I need to fix it.

I submitted my official Apple invoice from Apple Regent Street the same day. It’s been 13 days now and absolutely nothing is happening. The “resolve issue” link is still greyed out like nobody has even looked at it.

I’ve called 3 times. First two times they just told me to wait a few more days. The last time I called, the support agent asked me to send the invoice directly to them and promised I’d get an answer within 48 hours. That was 4 days ago - still nothing.

I’ve been selling on eBay for 14 years with 100% positive feedback. This is a legitimate Apple product. This is ridiculous.

Has anyone else dealt with this? How did you get someone to actually look at your appeal? I can’t even remove the listing, it is just there lol

After 13 days its gone, they normally take 2 days max, I'd say after a week you are better off just removing the listing as it wont be approved. You can list it again but if they remove it then your account will likely be frozen.

Just be patient and go step-by-step, the wheels of VeRO grind slowly! And yes it's normal for these listings appear frozen in time for something like 6-weeks.
