eBay Advertising solutions not working

Hi, any ideas why I can't start using eBay Advertising solutions? Can't create new campaigns as well. My seller level is Above Standard. When I go to the Advertising tab, there are no options to start advertising. Thanks

Thank you for your post.

Having your seller level as above standard is part of eligibility but as a new seller you would also need to develop more of a selling history. Usually this is done over a 90 day period starting from your first sale. Once your account is deemed eligible it will show in your advertising tab.
