eBay Advertising solutions not working

Hi, any ideas why I can't start using eBay Advertising solutions? Can't create new campaigns as well. My seller level is Above Standard. When I go to the Advertising tab, there are no options to start advertising. Thanks

Thank you for your post.

Having your seller level as above standard is part of eligibility but as a new seller you would also need to develop more of a selling history. Usually this is done over a 90 day period starting from your first sale. Once your account is deemed eligible it will show in your advertising tab.

My Seller level is above standard. but I can't see create campaign option on my ebay store. I have complete my 90 days period starting from my first sale. Please help me why its not showing?

Thank you for your post.

We don't have any control over this becoming available on your account.  The 90 days of selling is a guideline so its likely here that you would need to continue developing selling history. Once your account is deemed eligible it will show in your advertising tab.
