That isn't a Derby mark although it is clearly the same figure subject. I don't think the decoration is quite as fine as you find on Derby either. The mark on the back reminds me of Samson, Paris who often marked this way. It's clearly got some age and is nice quality but I'm afraid I can't give you much of an answer.
