Porcelain Figure

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help identify this figure. 

It stands about 12 in tall, looks to be hand painted and has a mark on the back of the scrolled base of two crossed arrows with a circle in the middle.

I've been researching for months and have come to a dead end. One bit of info I did come across though was that the mark might be attributed to Bow or at least a decorators sign from that era.

I've also found a very similar Derby figure called 'Minuet' in the V&A collections.

Any info would be much appreciated

Apart from the base, (I assume you mean underneath) are there any other pictures that would be more helpful?
