I think you would have a hard job finding a positive attribution for either but if you describe them as Sunderland Lustre you won't go far wrong - although they weren't necessarily made there. The jug especially is an interesting example and appears to be about 1815 -20 ish. I think the teapot is a little later.

jes150 thank you for your help and opinion on these two pieces,I have been searching
for a while now and apart from the fact that i thought they are old lustre and maybe made in northern england i have found information hard to find,do you have any thoughts on a way
to find the factory they were made and a possible value ? one more question regarding the
big tea pot how much later would you date it late victorian? regards.
