tracking errors in ebay 'improved tracking'

Evri tracking is fine.

DX is fine.

Royal mail tracking does not work at all, it shows tracking number issued, the nothing at pick up, and nothing until it is delivered.

Yodel shows drop off, then shows 'out for delivery' when the parcel is picked up from the drop off and entered into the yodel network.

At least tracking matches the woeful search, and AI - with no intelligence

For a few weeks, not all Royal Mail parcels <2nd class signed for> are updating to 'Delivered' status on Ebay.

Parcel posted last week, Royal Mail delivery status shows on their website as delivered the next day, with a signature & map showing delivery location.

On Ebay it has not updated to 'Delivered', remaining stuck at 'Dispatched'.

This is not the only sold item that has not updated to the correct 'delivered' status.

On the view order page, there is a 'tell us what you think' link, bottom right.

I've just done this, probably nothing will happen but I live in hope.

Everi does a good job of showing tracking dates and progress, but click the Tracking number for Royal Mail shipments has suddenly stopped showing any dates, even the posted date - which it used to. I've logged as a bug.

You can see this Royal Mail Tracking information on the Sales Order page though as a workaround. No idea what Customers are seeing.
