small evelope less than 100g and less than £10 value..struggling to work out how to list this opting

Cant seem to list (or amend current listings ) that fall into the above catagory. The option option seems to be large envelope which incurs a higher charge 

Just sold something for £4.50 and it has cose me £2.74 postage which previoulsy would have gone as 2nd clas for 87 p

The letter post opt-out is  not working at the moment but you may still be able to opt out of Simple Delivery altogether during the listing process if you wish.

I thought this was fixed last week or so ?

i just did a draft for a postcard and I got the 87p second class option ok 

OP has to chose advanced options when listing or on the app toggle between simple and custom delivery till it comes up

What ebay category(s) are these items? Only some ebay categories allow for opt out.
