simple delivery

i have 2 orders i am trying to post but every time i press 'get label' it says 'we have technical issues', this has been going on for 4 days.. i have no choice but to print some labels my self.. i feel i should be refunded for these labels .. anyone know how i go about that.. i also cant add the tracking number on the order either.. this is a nightmare

Unused Simple Delivery are refunded,  back to the original payer of the labels,  this is how:

 

  • If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days
 
  • If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.  Also ensure you add the replacement tracking number of the service used, and it shows delivery.

The label is unused because it’s not working!! Which ebay have admitted is their fault!

I should be refunded because I have had to pay for labels myself as the orders are now overdue!

I also do not understand why the buyer is immediately refunded for posting and the seller not and he has to fill papers, waste time and hope it will get refunded one day, which is another thing discouraging me to sell using Simple Delivery and now that is enforced on all the private sellers, I have to chose not to sell at all should the old listings go by that. Ebay has always been hard on sellers, but there must be a line, and I reached that I am afraid. When I received refund I pay expenses for or get compensed, then the item quit my door.

I have now been refunded for the 2 parcels I have sent out, unfortunately there is nothing I can do about the 2 orders still showing as ‘dispatched overdue’

i cannot mark as dispatched and eBay have said that they cannot do anything about it, they said this-

“I realised this is a little frustrating and distracting on your account and I apologize for this inconvenience  however this will have no impact on your seller metrics”.
