seller and buyer agree a rpice, THAT INCLUDES POSTAGE, but ebay pays postage too

if the seller agrees to a price, INCLUDING POSTAGE, but Ebay pays postage, how can I get that reversed, please?

Any offers made using eBay's 'Best Offer' system always exclude postage.

Not sure what you mean by 'eBay pays postage'?  If the item was sold using eBay's Simple Delivery then the buyer should eventually be automatically refunded if the supplied label isn't used.
