Because you are a private member and subject to simple delivery.
There are options available to send your own way that are a bit complicated as in you or your buyer will have to get a refund of the label.
Simple delivery is where the buyer pays for the label so they choose which carrier of the 2 to use unless you opt out of one , but then the buyer pays more, If you offer free postage then the label price is charged to you and if you use your own carrier you will have to claim a refund and get the tracking number changed.
