98% of my items are large letter and under 100gr - i use Royal mail large stamps. any small parcels I send using royal mail 48 hour tracked - never had any issues. the new information ebay have provided does not mention anything about letter sized packages that only require a stamp. the information they have provided seems to suggest that everything has to be sent tracked. I don't send letter sized items tracked as the cost to customers would be horrendous - does anyone have any information or help. i don't have a smart phone so QR codes are no good and I also do not have the sticky mailing labels - are ebay going to provide these - probably not

I use stamps too, always been a good, convenient way for my selling. Like you, re tracking. Unfortunately it's Ebays way or not, come April 15th.

with all the changes that they have made like adding buyer protection fee to costs for customers and now this dire new delivery system - ebay just want all private sellers to switch to being a shop - I have been with ebay for many years and have a very loyal customer base - i would have rather stayed with paying seller fees as when you factor in the business costs and all the little additional fees, opening a shop is not cost effective for a very small business

Unfortunately 99% of my items are books or owls - they're always going to be small parcel. Glad you got an answer for you though.

it seems the only current way is to list your items for under £10, and under 100g and make up what you need in postage costs.
