so a buyer made an offer on two different listings of mine which I accepted, and payment was made automatically straight away. however, I want to send them both together in one parcel and refund them the cost of the extra shipping. I read on eBay's info page that combined postage is not applicable to 'best offer' purchases - does this apply here? if so do I have to tell the buyer I cannot do that? how can I generally create new postage labels for multiple items anyway?
any help would be much appreciated.

If you are using Simple Delivery i don't think postage can be combined.
Seems the only work around is to cancel both sales and relist as 1 lot at agreed price.

This has been, and frustrated many, a technical issue now for a long time with Simple Delivery and combining postage, it's just not possible.

Have to say something here as I had a buyer buy two items from me and the postage was combined by eBay.
I did however like on most of my listings offered free postage and i pay for the postage - this might be worth looking into - but if purchase from me on free delivery it does combine them.
