No one can help me and I’m getting really annoyed as I have roughly 40 parcels from 2 days ago to post and I’m already loosing money as a few have cancelled!!! Can someone PLEASE help me solve this, I have contacted eBay CS, phoned them and still nothing has changed or been sorted!!! HELP !!!! Every time I try and generate a label with Royal Mail that stupid messages comes up and I have tried everything!!!

There is a known glitch.   See here:

It was supposed to be fixed and the advice was to clear cookies/cache.

Yep I’ve tried everything and just tried it there again - still not working, so so annoying as my son has an eBay account and he can generate labels no problem, eBay just not helping at all and got people waiting in parcels, feel stuck and just not sure what to do

Check the bank or card account you fund payment with, you may of been charged even though you didnt get the labels!
