I’m having the exact same problem as well and still no fix whatsoever. Might be better off buying your own labels at your local post office in the meantime

There are other eBay violations to be aware of. It works both ways.

Hi 3d-delight, thanks for your post.
Could you please confirm the item numbers for the transactions you weren't able to generate the label for, so we can take a look for you?
Thank you,
Marco

You do not need to have the hassle of using eBay’s simple delivery system.
You are selling brand new items in multiple quantities.
This allows you to change your account from 'private' to 'business'.
And in fact, eBay’s term and conditions insist this should happen. (It also puts you on the right side of UK trading laws).
The good news - you gain full control of your postage options.
Changing to the correct account only takes a couple of minutes.
Ebay help pages say the following:
"Change your personal eBay account to a business account, follow these steps:
Go to Account settings in My eBay.
Select Personal information.
Select Edit next to Account type and sign in again if prompted.
Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
Enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy, then select Save."
