Why can't I add tracking by Evri bought outside of eBay?

So I recently sold an item, and needed to send it 24hour delivery, with insurance for £150 via Evri.

I went through the eBay app trying to get the postage sorted, but I couldn't find out how to add the right insurance, and it became enough of a hassle I set it to "other courier"

I went to Evris website, and I bought the postage really easily, got it sent out. The item has no arrived and I'm happy with that. But eBay won't release my funds unless the item is delivered, so I want to track the item. But I can't add tracking.

Seemingly every other tracking system is available to add, including others offered by eBay's Pack link, but not Evri? So the item won't update to say its arrived.

Now, I'm happy to trust my buyer will give feedback. The item arrived yesterday but they were away so it's been left in safe area (a shared delivery area for residents). My concern is that the items been waiting a day, it could be gone when they get home? 

I just want to add the tracking so it updates to show it's delivered... And so I know how to do it on the future should I need to buy outside of eBay again, if it's possible to add it.

The buyer has the tracking emailed to them, I have it too, but I want it added to the sale page so eBay can see it

How to add tracking details

Adding tracking details gives you additional protection and access to the eBay Premium service and discount, providing your listings are eligible.

Once you've sent your item, you can add tracking details, whether your item was bought by an eBay member of a guest buyer. Here's how:

1. Go to the Orders - opens in new window or tab section of My eBay.
2. From More actions, select Add tracking number.
3. Enter the tracking details and the name of the carrier.
4. Select Submit.

The buyer will then get an email with the order tracking details.

Thanks, but at I mentioned, when you add it you can not choose Evri as the provider. 

I can't add the tracking, because when I press it, evri is not a listed provider for the courier. That's my issue, I know how's to add tracking, I want to know why Evri isn't an option

Never mind, I'm an idiot. Evri is not listed, but if I write it in manually and press accept, it adds it with clickable tracking
