Who is responsible for the compensation for something lost at an inpost locker

I went to the in post locker and scanned and put the parcel in the locker then the screen went off. In post have admitted that its their fault but are saying i have to get ebay to refund me. Ive been on packlink and it wont recognise the code spoken to eaby and they are saying nothing to do with them.

im going backwards and forwards between the two getting nowhere.

Any ideas

I assume it something you sold. So it is in the locker,

So its not lost as such until it doesn't arrive with the customer.

Wait and see if it arrives.

How did you buy the label who from? Direct or from an agent (like interparcle? ) Ebay?

I don't think there is any published policy for this specific situation.

If the parcel is in the locker then surely Inpost need to get it out and send it on its way?

That’s exactly what I thought , I think the issue is the door opened again
and the box disappeared.
