Has anyone encountered the below and if so how did they get round it.
I sold something at 8.25 yesterday evening so had time to go in and book a collection from royal mail to collect today as I am housebound. For some strange reason you only have till 9pm to book collection for the next day on ebay god only knows why as on the website you have till midnight to arrange collections I have done it.
When I went in it let me book the date but then when I went to print the label it came up with words to this effect. "Please note that royal mail are experiencing problems if this affects you try again later"
I have gone in this morning and it is still the same and yet (as I did last night) you can go in and book it yourself with no problem. I would be happy to do that and take the cost and then cancel the label if I could but I cannot see the full address.
Has anyone else had this problem and how did you get round it. I will try again at 7.45 this morning and if I still cannot do will get on to ebay and see what excuses they have for it.
This parcel could have been on its way today as I always try to post next day unless sold on a Saturday.
This is the third time I have used simple delivery and the third time I have had problems why on earth did they bring it in never had issues when I could book myself.
I refuse to use evri as they are incompetent and untrustworthy.
Any thoughts much appreciated.
