Two items delivered on separate days to GSP Lichfield, not scanned further for 4 weeks!

So, I have 2 items, to the same buyer (purchased on different days, sent in different packages) that were going to USA via Lichfield.

Both are said to have been delivered by Evri.

The first package was delivered on the 11th of Feb, the second on the 12th of Feb. Since then I have had no further updates from eBay (such as it is being processed through the Lichfield shipping network etc).

Is anyone else having a 4 week delay to get parcels scanned at Lichfield?

eBay's tracking seems to be a little out of whack at the moment.

Difficult to believe I know, but there we go.

If you haven't heard anything from the buyer, I would keep my head down and hope for the best

Actually, I've just checked my feedback, and he has actually given me feedback for the items, so I've sent him a message just in case.

From my understanding with GSP I'm covered from the time it states as being delivered/arrived at their hub, so even if it was lost we should both be refunded.

But seems like it's god awful tracking that may be the issue. You'd think a company as minted as eBay would have control over a simple tracking page!

These days I'm not sure that eBay has any control over anything.
