There is a recent post about this issue on the community chat called merging private seller listings. Ebay don't have an actual solution to this because either they haven't got the mental ability to think ahead when they make these changes or they have the mental ability to get every little penny they can out of us......the solution was to ask buyers if they was interested in multiple items to contact the seller who can then create an new listing with the chosen items and then resulting in one charge...but that would only work on set prices......i think i have that right and its worth a look up.
