Simple postage …. Far from simple !!! Absolutely Hate It

So… EBay have made changes 

They are taking away the option for sellers to arrange and decide their own postage …

I personally think it’s a failure from the start.. I weigh all my items once I’ve packaged to double check the weight and to check I’m paying the correct price. I can at this point now change if I need to. I can also change the customers address if they have incorrect misspelt or given a wrong post code etc…

I preferably like using Evri or Royal Mail depending on the destination .

i really think they need to leave the postage alone. If they are trying to copy Vinted , then they must take it into their own hands where the buyer pays eBay and we just have to say small medium or large parcel,  but this system is far from simple.

if you want to opt out , you have to select each and every time you list and this is such a time wasting.

please eBay do not make this our new normal … it’s just not working

You must be the ONLY eBay user who likes using EVRI. They and their drivers are all completely incompetent and I wouldn't trust any of them to even know what day it is or even what planet they are on.
When listing, or Selling Similar, you just have to click on the Search Advanced Options which is under this Simple (designed by simpletons) Delivery section and you have a drop down section of all your other options.

I have all my Items collected by The Postie by choosing that option through eBay, with simple delivery you can't do this, you would then have to go through the process via royal mail of individually requesting collection of the items.

Awful Upgrade, more of a downgrade!!

I have always been able to select how I want to post items (via Royal Mail) on eBay.

Now I can’t!

This could be it for me with eBay.  I’ve just wasted 20 minutes going round in circles and have now given up.

I have recently listed a few items and yes it tried to put me into simple delivery.   If you click on  customise postage...........then you can just set it as you want to eg Royal Mail etc.  I changed mine to Royal Mail at a service and cost i wanted to.
