Evri parcel guidelines are different to the ones set out with Ebay.

Ebay state parcels up to 61 x 46 x 46cm

Evri's are Add together the 2 shortest sides and multiply it by 2. Add the length. If the total is less than 245cm

So I can no longer post via Evri because Ebay have Evri's parcel sizes wrong?

Can this be correct or am I missing something?  I have spoken to an advisor who agrees with me and says he is forwarding this on, as its something Ebay haven't got right

How can I sort this out so I can use Evri again as they take larger parcels than 61cm long

If it's too big for Royal Mail, deselect them as a carrier (I'm not sure but I think that would apply to all your items). As you say Evri has different sizing. Depending on e.g. the buyer's location, ebay may still only give you option to use Royal Mail. Then it gets a bit tricky. The "easiest" way I can think of is to list with Seller Pays Postage (adjusting the item price if necessary) and if ebay gives you a Royal Mail label, cancel it, to get a refund and arrange your own Evri/whatever shipping.

"For an EVRi parcel shop drop-off – no side exceeds 120cm in length, the volume is no more than 245cm. To calculate the volume, add together the two shortest sides and multiply it by two, and then add the length"
