Simple delivery is coming up with large letter postage for a single banknote, how do I change this to second class letter, please.

Yep...re listing 7 postcard/print items... all letter size this afternoon...4 of these have now been given Sim Del status ..so I won't be listing these...

There are some sub categories that aren’t exempt , even if there is a postcard photo  or dvd sub sub section (those items are exempt but in other categories 😐)

eg Collectable/transportation/ nautical …./ferries which is on one of your live items is not an exempt category 

for these you could use Collectable/postcards and supplies/postcards/ topographical or non topographical 

and custom should come up
