Simple delivery is rubbish

I am not a frequent (business) user but need to set post for a 90 cms long parcel, only way is via parcelforce £13, but only option is Royal Mail £6 which do not offer service, and as for Evri would not touch with a barge poll as they have lost too many parcels, any help out there as loosing out big time
