Simple Delivery label not generating

I had a buyer buy something through simple label yesterday and I cannot open the label. Every time I go to open the label, I get a 'something went wrong' page and I have been trying periodically over the last couple of hours.

Is there any way for me to get the postage label?

I called the helpline and we managed to figure out that you can still download the labels on the mobile app version on Ebay, so it is now solved. Thank you!
