A buyer placed two orders, both had "Simple Delivery". I sent them together.
But now I can't marked the second order as dispatched as I have not downloaded the Simple Delivery label, as I do not need a second label if both orders are sent together.
Anyone know how I can mark the second order as dispatched without unnecessarily paying eBay for a label which I won't use?

Open the second label and that will mark dispatched. It will remain unused and if buyer paid for it the cost will be refunded to them in 30 days.
Also see if you can add the tracking number to the extra item at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow.

Open the 2nd SD label, this will leave it unused but mark that item 'dispatched'. If the Buyer paid for this label they will be refunded automatically in 30-days.
If you pay for an unused SD label you be refunded if all three things are true:
you opened the label
you substituted the tracking number with your actual tracking
you requested within 14 days' https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
Most Sellers' workaround for this ongoing glitch, is to ask the Buyer if they would like to cancel the sales, have them relisted as one bundle, and pay for combined P&P this way.
