Shipping Fee discrepancy

Hi there, so I recently sold an item with a £100 shipping fee, which I recieved, yet on the buyers end, it says they paid £207 shipping. Now, I didn’t receive £207, only the £100 I set on the item. What’s going on?

Was the buyer in the UK?  Where does their account show they are registered?

So, you would send the item to Pitney Bowes in the UK.

The additional charge, which Ebay collected direct from the buyer, was for the onward postage.

You did not have to pay that and the money doesn't come through your account.
