Selling multiple items to same buyer

Hi I've had a buyer who has bought 4 items but I've got 4 different barcodes.

Is there a way to combine the 4 items and barcodes so I can send all 4 together.

Thank you.

Selling multiple items to same buyer

There is a major issue when using Simple  Delivery for combining postage.  The issue is,  it cannot currently be achieved !  Frustrating for many sellers !

If postage was purchased though Simple Delivery and you now post all the items together the buyer will receive a refund for the unused labels they paid for, might be worth sending them a message explaining this,  and that it may take up to / over 30 days for the refund to appear.  You will though,  only have one tracking number for all those items,  and a potential opener for  an item not received case.

The best way forward would be to cancel all items, of course,  with the buyer's acceptance, and relisting them as one, so there's one  important tracking number, one postage price. Ensure any message to your buyer makes it very clear the reason why the items are being cancelled,  that they are to be relisted on eBay again,  for the buyer to buy, leave no room for doubt that this is Not an off eBay sale.

Some sellers are leaving a message on their listing,  for example.....   ' If you wish to buy multiple items,  please let me know before buying,  I will relist them as one listing so only one postage cost is charged, combining postage is not currently possible. '

Thank you for letting me know.  Will just send them all separately.  Have a good day.

Selling multiple items to same buyer

Reply to Tressygirl on Combining postage items . I noticed last week that two items I sold were combined as before the Simple (NOT so SImple) chaos was introduced. For those I selected one of the categories, which there was a list where Custom Delivery was still available.

I sell lots of low value secondhand books and leaflets, timetables etc.

Later two weeks ago week I had a buyer purchased 18 books (also global shipping but all listed Simple Delivery) Ebay had to comunicate with the buyer when he did not pay . He then, yesterday, paid for 13 of the books which had been combined and Ebay were dealing with the buyer direct on this. I was not informed or consulted until after the event, that day when I had packed and posted the items in the same box with the recommended lable which I printed.

There seems to be a problem with Ebay guessing the weights of the books which vary considerablly in size and weight.
