Has anyone had any successful claims with items not being signed for & lost….after say 20 sales you can guarantee that 1 or 2 are not signed for..Royal Mail say make a claim 2 weeks after posting…when you do…an automated message via email say claims can take up to 30 days…followed by another automated email two weeks later stating ‘please allow us more time…then there’s the final outcome that you need to go through PRP Postal Panel Review…which states it can take another 30 days! It used to be pretty complex to get a compensation cheque for lost items…but not anymore?
