Been refunded seller hasn't replied with the return label it been a week what do I do?

When you get a refund upfront as far as ebay are concerned you don't have to return the item.   It's up to the seller.   If they want it back they should cover the cost of postage first.   If they can't do it via ebay they can send you a label using the Royal Mail or courier website.    If not you can keep the item.

do the sellers pay the return fee? i recently bought a scooter i thought was in good condition however apparently theres now some overheating issues he never mentioned in the listing, how would i go about asking my seller to pay my return fee

If you have received a faulty item you have to be within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery to receive a full refund, as per eBay's 30 day  MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy,  see here.

Opening a case for item not as described.....  Does Not Match Description or Photos / Faulty then if the seller wishes for the item to be sent back before refunding,  they have to pay for that fully tracked return postage.

If you are in this position be aware you may be sent a standard 2kg return label,  obviously not sufficient so you'd have to contact Customer Services,  who will provide the correct label,  and charge it to the seller's account.

If you need to , this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services from the link below, for a Call Back option.  I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering

If you accepted a return the buyer will automatically receive a link to a return postage label via ebay.

Hi I'm in UK firstly the seller I noticed is from China and they are trying to give me a 20% partial refund and keep the item or in their words sell it on I don't want it I want a full refund and just to send it back so have asked them how to go about a return label. Amni right in thinking they need to give me one?

How can we do it via ebay as i have been refunded already and now i can not print return label but seller id asking me to post directly and i am not confident doing it without Ebay.

Once a refund has been issued there is no way on ebay to issue a postage label,you will have to arrange directly with the seller return options.

What if they haven’t communicated with me, as I have asked for a label. But no response. What happens if I haven’t returned the item by the deadline? Will I be penalised for this? Thanks

     opened case Buyer opened case for not received item, asked him to close case and be patient and he should receive Iphone in 10working days ,he's in Coventry UK and posted from athens he's inpatient, same scenario some weeks ago buyer opened case for late delivery Ebay refunded him and amount been deducted from payout he received item some days later than expect delivery date and I loose item and my green , asked for return label but no way to print label from europe what should I do ?in 4 days Ebay will step in

If  yours is a case for ' does not fit' ,  does your seller accept Returns?  Check this on the original listing.

If they do,  then go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions,  select return this item...  reason.. doesn't fit.

You will need to pay for the tracked return postage.
