Problem with Ervi label showing wrong weight

I’m posting my packages using the prepaid label. On my labels in eBay it shows the package us up to 1kg, but when I print the evri label, it says 0.5kg. What should I do? I can’t cancel the label and there doesn’t seem lot be a way of getting the buyers address without printing a label.

You should be able to cancel the label.  Go to Orders, select Postage Labels on the left-hand side, then go to the actions dropdown menu next to the label and select Void Label. 

You can then either print another one or copy the address onto your own address label.   Then buy your postage from your post office.    If you buy your own postage remember to mark dispatched and add tracking number manually via the dropdown menu.

Thanks, when I click cancel label, it just says this label can not be cancelled
