Prepaid labels help

I can't generate prepaid labels for 2 of my items, a message keeps saying service not available for the delivery or dispatch from address postcode

Hi I had a message from buyer saying he has received the two books and sent
feed back see screenshot attached but they are still showing I haven't sent
them

If you couldn't use the ebay label then the tracking won't be available to show delivery. 

You will still be paid by ebay, it just takes a bit longer.
