Simple delivery is NOT
once YOU ebay have ensure it is simple, correct, cost effective and actually working then you can promote it or ENFORCE IT
but you haven’t got there yet have you on so many fronts
1) overcharging
2j missing weight options
3) missing options for opt ins to Royal Mail via special delivery
4) no home collection with SD Royal Mail opt in
5j stop defaulting to bleep cabin luggage
6) etc etc
rant over but have a nice weekend
which is generous of me to a corporation that wants to enforce its customers who they make money off to do as they say even if everyone’s worse off

Ebay doesn't care if RM/EVRI lose your parcels....YOU can just chase it up yourself via the handy new link!!!!!
Ebay will not be chasing it

I wouldn't trust this lot as far as i could throw them and that isn't far. No more listing for me all taken off. I can't believe that people still think that this might possibly work. It is a disaster and i'm not staking my good reputation on this site anymore unless they make massive changes and that will not happen until they admit they are totally wrong about everything they have done this year...........and that may be never

Ebay is providing cover against loss and damage in transit up to £750, the same as the stsndard level of compensation available with Special Delivery, so they probably don't see the need for Special Delivery. Anything greater than £750 is excluded from Simple Delivery.

Collection is available with Royal Mail but currently has to be booked on the Royal Mail website/app after the label has been printed. Ebay is currently working on a printerless option for collection.

I doubt very much that eBay will be chasing up individual parcels but they will be responsible for any INR's.
What new link are you referring to? Haven't seen that.
