Postage reimbursement

I bought a top including postage ...however I've had to pay a further amount at the post office as the seller had only paid for a large letter insufficient for the size and weight...they are just not acknowledging it at all ...how do I report them and get money back I ve already paid

There is not any way for you to get the money back from the seller and Ebay will not get involved with this.

You can mark the seller down for postage costs in their star ratings and leave feedback to express your issue.

However, that will not get your money back unfortunately.
