Postage problem.

Ebay has kindly altered my listings for used jigsaw puzzles that I have listed, I was using the custom delivery option which as I was using Royal Mail was for tracked 48 at £3.45 i then added 40p to this making it a total of £3.85 to allow for the bubble wrap, mailing bag and cellotape. Now they have been changed to simple delivery £3.44 and an ebay agent has informed me that I will need to revise each listing to add the packaging to the cost of the item. Secondly as they have now been changed to simple delivery each item now has a message informing me "This listing has been updated to be posted with Simple Delivery. Your dispatch time is now 2 days", not the 3 days that i had it set for. The agent then informed me it was "The maximum time to dispatch is 2-3 days". Now while I post most of mine the same or next day why has this been changed also?

None of your items have simple delivery postage at 3.44

Yes they do, as you quite correctly say they do not when you look at them, but as I have to revise each one to add to the cost for my packaging. On selecting revise they have changed to Simple Delivery at £3.44.

from that screen shot it seems you don’t have the advanced options link to carry on using custom postage but
Those items that need parcels you may as well just leave as they are , as I believe by the end of April is the deadline for all listings to be switched over by eBay , so no point bothering even if you could keep them as they were for a few more days 

so just increase the price for the packaging costs
