My buyer is getting a message that I won't post to his location. We've both been on the customer service chat and got nowhere. Apparently, I have to change my postage details, but there's no way to do that. I can't send an invoice and he can't make payment until it's resolved. My query was put on hold for days while they asked "the back office" but all they came up with was - In this case, Member's Shipping Address is either not in the system, not able to be pulled to apply to the cart/checkout flow, or not recognized. This is causing the shipping to be unable to be calculated. Please reenter/reselect the Shipping address and/or contact the seller.
Please, send a message to the buyer and explain to him the issue with the shipping address.
This doesn't make sense.
