Postage Options

I have sold numerous items with the 85p RM postage option selected (when i listed item), but when i come to get the postage label and it is now £1.55 postage, meaning im losing almost all of the sale value of the item simply paying the 70p difference in what my buyer has provided for postage and what i am being forced to pay. What am i doing wrong/what can i change

£1.55 is the price for Large Letter as opposed to Letter so if you are purchasing the postage through eBay you need to ensure the correct dimensions are selected.  Alternatively, you could just buy the postage at the Post Office instead.

Hi, thanks for your response. First of all, my “local” post office is not
at all local so that’s out of the question. Secondly, from the quick check
I just did, none of my items seem to have measurements included, yet some
still get accepted as normal 85p letters? Also, the issue only seems to
take place with items I’ve sold as a bid and not buy now?
