Packlink have no liability in the UK

DONT use packlink to send things abroad

They took over a month to send UPS a request to send my parcel back to the UK

A month to send UPS a return request

3 x months later i got the parcel back

Packlink are to blame for replying once a week and taking a month to do a simple request to send UPS A LOA form

As you say paclink are registered in Spain, probably the best place for anything iffy, a few years back there was a holiday company that went bust but was protected under the spanish version of abta, only thing was that although it was legal within the EU there customers only got about 25 quid per person refund.

Paclink are bottom feeders.

Re: Packlink have no liability in the UK

I hope no one EVER uses that mob to send anything of value abroad if i can save one x person from the stress they caused me

I had a £4500 parcel missing for 3 x months

They thought it was okay to reply once a week to my daily emails

I was asking for 2 1/2 months for it to get returned they were sending me the Sender forms to fill in for UPS to return it

Packlink has a contract with UPS not the send user i.e. me! So we went back and forth for 2 1/2 months trying to get it returned it was collected 3rd November 2025 and was just returned on the 30th January 2026

almost 3 x months of daily emails to get them to fill out forms and send to UPS to return ALSO UPS Are too blame i know they got the official return request on the 1st week of December but it took them a further 6 weeks to return one x box ?

NEVER Please send anything of VALUE using Packlink its okay for small shipments, Expensive? send direct with a courier or use a UK BASED Company!

If you go digging about you will find that parcelhero parcelcompare parcelmonkey and transglobalexpress are all owned by the same people, parcel2go use to be iffy years ago but the Irish blokes who won parcelflight are great guys.
