Overseas postage and customs

I'm trying to return an item to India but I need contact details for the seller to be able to complete the customs forms. I've tried contacting the seller but they say they are not going to provide the details.

How am I supposed to return without the details??

I've wanted to ask eBay to help but there is no option to do this?

 Just to add to the advice given above, all the details you need should be available to you in the return description. If this a not as described/defective return, the seller should be the one who provides you with a label, so you wouldn't need to do anything, but printing the label provided and return the item with the courier.
