Order will not mark as sent

I keep marking an order as dispatched but it is still showing in to dispatch.Now it is saying overdue but already posted . Just can not get it to clear.

Have you added the tracking number?   If that doesn't do anything contact ebay and ask them to clear it.   You can use callback on here:
