I don't know if you can get it - but was it a Simple Delivery posted order? - because that would influence the process. (I had a look and it seems at least some of your items are on SD.)

I don't think the email address of the buyer is required when putting in a claim with Royal Mail, at least it wasn't last time I claimed.
The form may ask for it but its not mandatory BUT if you click on order details and then 'show contact info' that will then give you the buyers 'ebay' email address

If the answer to my question in message #2 is yes, then see https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/posting-items/setting-postage-options/simple-delivery?id=5575#se...
Has the buyer opened a claim already?

I am awaiting 2 ebay tracked parcels and 2 untracked parcels through Royal Mail. It is not Ebays fault or the sellers. After phoning the Royal Mail helpline, they told me the tracked parcels, one containing a ring and another, a watch, were both lost despite being shown as being in Gatwick. When I looked on Trustpilot Royal Mail reviews, someone else has also not received their watches. I worry that Royal Mail or the staff somewhwere is keeping hold of Ebay packages. How can tracked get lost?

Tracked just means the barcode is scanned now and again e.g. when leaving or arriving somewhere.
A package can be - put it the wrong place, fall down the back of somewhere, get heavily damaged, have the label come off, be stolen etc.
Hopefully yours are just delayed and will arrive soon.
(I would guess most ebay buyers just open INR cases, rather than chase Royal Mail.)
