I keep moaning on here but I keep facing problems which I am not really getting help with from customer service.
I had a call today into regards of late delivery I tried speaking with an advisor telling them that orders are being scanned in late not any fault of my self. For example a customer ordered at 9.59pm on friday was dispatched on saturday as it shows this on ebay and I have the postage receipts but yet shows it was scanned in on a Sunday when the post office is not open when you go through to royal mail.
The customer service rep then tried insisting that the order was ordered at 2pm his local time and that I am not following ebays policy and it doesnt matter what policy I have for the listings. then I argued I do not work in his local time I work in GMT where it clearly shows the order being placed at 10pm and then the order being dispatched the next day. After arguing with the customer service rep and him getting heated over this he then agreed that it was dispatched on time and that its a bug in the system.
I have re checked up on this request and it has been denied advising that it was not dispatched on time which is clearly was, it shows that it was scanned in on a Sunday at the post office which is impossible since the post office is not open on a Sunday.
This is happening with multiple orders a day showing buyer purchasing items late at night being dispatched the next day but yet I'm still getting hit with the late delivery. This is concerning when I get 10/20/30 orders a day and they can only remove 5 which it clearly shows on more than 5 requests that this is getting scanned in late when I have dispatched them on time.
Surely I'm not the only person getting this problem I will lose my top seller rank if this persists and I have never had this problem in the 10 months of selling its only becoming a problem recently. The only 3 suggestions he made was to speak with royal mail like that will do anything, contact up multiple times a day to get this resolved or appeal these but when I appeal with all the relevant information through the appeal system they all get declined because it checks with royal mail which it shows orders being scanned in at times and dates that don't make sense The only way to get these removed is by speaking with CS.
Am I at a lost end and have to contact CS up multiple times a day just to get this resolved so I dont lose my top seller rating? surely I'm not the only one facing this problem and something needs to get done about this.

For thing like this I prefer online chat because you get the transcript of the chat to go back to, having said that they can be real sneaky and not send the chat of a satisfaction survey !
Its best to get each item scanned at the counter at a post office not just dumping the parcels and running.
India has no concept of GMT its an uphill struggle to get them to understand.

Thank you, I can confirm that I do wait for all orders to be scanned in since I like to keep proof of postage since alot of orders are sent second class, I have only left them with the post office on a couple of occasions since my post office is under staffed and they have asked for the orders to be left with them so they can scan it in when they are able to.
I will give the online chat a try though I normally call up and dont have a problem its like 1 - 3 times I will come across a cs agent which feels like they just dont want to help. I do feel its wierd that they dont get the concept of time zones and default back to that your not following ebays policy when personally I make sure I do.
