Label problem

Good morning!

I’m trying to print a shipping label and I keep getting this error:

“We’re still processing your payment for this label. Please try again later.”

Is there currently a general issue in the UK?

This has been an ongoing problem which marco@ebay was looking at.    Hopefully he will come back with an update.

Kat@ebay is also has raised a ticket with tec on another thread , this is ridiculous, this is when we should be able to our postage our way .

We've been told the matter has been resolved,  and advised to clear cache and cookies and try again, now.
